Ms.Nicole
​With over a decade of experience in education, Nicole currently serves as Deputy Principal at KIPP Woodson Park Academy, where she leads instructional improvement, professional development, and culturally responsive practices that help close opportunity gaps for scholars in high-poverty communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Assessment. She is also pursuing her Doctorate in Education, with research focused on teacher retention and organizational support in urban schools.
Ms.Kadonna
With over a decade of experience in education, Kadonna Lee is a passionate and innovative leader dedicated to empowering youth through intentional curriculum design, mentorship, and holistic development. As the Director of Community Engagement at NorthStar Atlanta, a nonprofit organization devoted to mentoring young men in urban communities, Kadonna plays a pivotal role in shaping programs that cultivate character, leadership, and academic excellence.
Drawing from her extensive background as an educator and instructional leader, Kadonna designs evidence-based curricula that align with both educational standards and the real-world needs of today’s youth. Her approach integrates social-emotional learning, literacy, and personal growth—ensuring that each lesson, activity, and mentorship experience promotes purpose, confidence, and critical thinking.

Northstar Atlanta was founded by a group of community leaders dedicated to guiding young men toward purpose, leadership, and lifelong success. Our co-founders continue to provide active leadership through both governance and daily program development as the organization continues to grow.
